Tested using seahorse on Tails-Wheezy (08-26-2013), decrypting twice 3 different emails in Claws-Mail, from both POP3 and IMAP4.
gnupg-agent was previously removed.
It worked perfectly.

To avoid my future nitpicking self to ask: … and the GNOME session
restarted, GPG_AGENT_INFO
showed that GNOME keyring / Seahorse had
taken over responsibility, and the passphrase was asked by Seahorse
and not by pinentry, which validates the experiment :)

This partly clears the road for Feature #6271.
