tails-greeter: fix quick search in Other... window

Description

In the greeter, the list in the "other…" window (at least for keyboard layout) has the quick search indexed on something else than what’s displayed. E.g. typing es selects Spain, typing i selects Israel, and typing ch selects Switzerland.

Reproduced with the greeter being ported to Wheezy, too.

We’re now testing 1.1~rc1 so this will have to wait for 1.1.1 (if considered as bugfix) or 1.2 (most probably). But as it is merged in the master branch of the Greeter,
