At t-p-s configure step, make "Make custom directory persistent" run a file chooser dialog, instead of being a plain text entry widget.

We’ve removed the custom mounts feature from t-p-s, as part of a wider security fix that will land into 0.21, so this ticket is not applicable anymore.
