Hi,

Welcome screen inline help (the small “(i)” icons) is broken on 4.6, because the help file is not available anymore.

It looks for /usr/share/doc/tails/website/doc/first_steps/startup_options.en.html

(I beleive the file have been moved/renamed, cc @sajolida).
