Our cron jobs failed tree times at Thu, 30 Apr 2020 with the error, that the connection pool is too small:

psycopg2.OperationalError: FATAL:  remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections

At same time we see also a lot of failures from Apache:

Internal Server Error: /projects/tails/your_data_wont_be_saved_unless_explicitly_asked/tr/

OperationalError at /projects/tails/your_data_wont_be_saved_unless_explicitly_asked/tr/

I think we need to increase the connection pool to handle peaks.
