Description

Bug report: 55ac14bd0190d25e7ce73ea182109daa

Booting Tails through “F2 EFI setup” shows Tails using all available RAM (8GB)
Booting Tails through “F12 boot menu” shows Tails using a fraction of the available RAM (1.6GB)

The user says that Ubuntu 19.10 Live (with secure boot) uses all RAM in both cases.

I’m assuming this could be added to the known issues page, or, perhaps when Tails can start with Secure Boot the issue will go away.

Please ask them to try our Secure Boot-enabled experimental image:

someone wanting to test this image reported a 404 error, can we assume that testers should instead try this one ?

Yep, that branch made it into 4.5~rc1, so any Tails release whose version is 4.5~rc1 or higher will do the job :)
