Keyboard not working after resuming from suspend (Sony Vaio VPCEH)

Description
a user reported that since tails 4.2, the keyboard laptop doesn’t work anymore after resuming from suspend. the issue doesn’t occurs after just locking the screen.
we have a bug report presenting the symptoms:

Here are the relevant errors after resuming:
