Add trezor package

As discussed in https://redmine.tails.boum.org/code/issues/17461:
Let’s add the “trezor” package to the distribution. This package is only 27 KiB and adds a command-line utility for managing Trezor devices. The required library “python3-trezor” is already included as the dependency of “electrum” package.

@stick, to be clear: did you build an image with the submitted patch applied, and confirmed that the trezorctl command line tool works in it? I don’t think anyone on the Tails core team has hardware to test this. Worst case, we can merge this for 4.3 and we’ll see :)

I didn’t test. But I don’t see a reason why this should not work if this works in Debian (modulo ancient version of the package of course). Let’s merged this for 4.3 please.
