Only display the Edit ".actions" on blueprint

Description

Right now we have a foldable menu (“.actions”) in the breadcrumbs that links to:

  • Edit
  • RecentChanges
  • History
  • Preferences

I don’t think that “RecentChanges”, “History”, and “Preferences” are of any use to people visiting our website.

“Edit” is still useful now and then for people editing blueprint, though rarely.

I propose to hide all these actions from our website by default and only display “Edit” on blueprints.

I’m not submitting a branch because I’m not sure how to achieve this :)
