Description

After the upgrate tp 3.5 it seems, that registration is not working anymore, as no emails are sent.

We got already several emails about this issue on tails-translations@

I tested my self and also don’t get an email sent.

Postfix is working fine and testing with python3 manage.py sendtestemail also works fine.

I think this issue is a side effect of broken celery (Bug #17347) and I think that by solving that issue we will also be solving this one.

This is now fixed because Bug #17347 is fixed.
