Additional Software is in English when launched from a notification

Description

Tested with 4.1 in French.

When I click in the “Configurer” button in the notification saying the installation of additional software failed, Additional Software is in English.
If I launch it from Applications it’s in French.

I did not try to reproduce but I’m happy to take your word for it.
I took a quick look at the code and I’m not surprised the locale settings get lost along the way (possibly multiple times).
