Description

The translations platform’s user documentation references various features and interfaces of Weblate. As we’ve upgraded Weblate one major version recently, we have to verify whether something has to be updates in the user doc.

Let’s also update the design doc by fixing where it says @Review group to use the current correct name of that group (either Reviewers or TailsReview@).
