Consider managing translations of tails.git:po/tails.pot in Weblate

See the “[Tails-l10n] Include languages with 0 reviewed strings” thread for the initial motivation for creating this ticket.
There surely are other pros & cons for this idea, hence “consider”.

I made a test and I can simply add the tails.pot file to another component in Weblate and it scanned the available translated strings in all languages unter po/*po. So it is possible and easy to handle those pot files via Weblate.
But we would need to accept Weblate to change files outside wiki/src to make this happen.

Sweet! I’m glad you checked feasibility on this front.

Indeed, that’s one of the things needed to implement this idea.
How about we brainstorm:
- the pros & cons of this idea
- the other things needed to implement it
?

Well as I nearly know nothing about the transifex workflow, I can’t tell what things needs to change additionally than updating the po files so I cannot really help here.
First I think we need to get Weblate more stable in order to think about to rely more stuff on it. I get a lot of 503 when I interact with Weblate so it does not make fun to use it at the moment.
