It’s fixed on the upstream maint-0.4.2 Git branch, but not in the latest release (0.4.2.5). We still have 2 weeks until our 4.3 release so there’s still a chance we can upgrade – fingers crossed! The devel branch installs 0.4.2.5-1~d10.buster+1 already, so it’ll provide some data points.

Once the next snapshot is taken (12:45 CET), I should be able to build my topic branch and ensure the corresponding new APT snapshot is kept long enough:

Test suite looks good, .packages shows this branch only upgrades tor as expected. Bumped the corresponding APT snapshot.

Confirmed, including a successful local test suite run. Merged!
