Description

USB images:

Did you know?

Installing Tails is faster and easier than ever, since January (Tails 3.12).
If you tried installing Tails before January and failed, it's a great time
to try again, especially if you are on macOS.

You can add more software to your Tails, since September 2018 (Tails 3.9).

They are stored in your Persistence and reinstalled automatically every time you start Tails.

After 3 reminders of the same tweet, I can’t extract a clear tendency of people getting tired of them or which hour is the best. The 3rd round had more engagements than the 2nd round and almost as many as the 1st round.

They were rather successful tweets compared to our average.

Temporary conclusion: It’s a good thing to do and 3 rounds is not too much.

The 4th round is over now. I also found better stats in Twitter Analytics about impressions and engagements. Using these, the total count is dropping more clearly then using only RT and likes.

Both “Additional Software” and “VeraCrypt” dropped in interest on the 4th round (but not on the 3rd round). Still, the tweet on USB images was our “Top media tweet” in both September (2nd round) and November (4th round).

Conclusion: 3 rounds is a sweet spot for cool stuff. 4 rounds can still be useful for very important stuff.

See updated spreadsheet in attachment.

18:00 performs a bit better than 12:00 but the difference is not super big either.
