Hi !
a user reported that Taisl 3.14 failed to start on an ASUS laptop with an AMD Quad Core A10-9620P and a [AMD/ATI] Carrizo [1002:9874] GPU.

the user tried the following Buster IMG and the error was fixed there :

tails-amd64-feature_buster-3.17-20190614T1403Z-0657583352+devel@4df0d4e18e.img

If either radeon.modeset=0 or radeon.dpm=0 fix the issue on Tails 3.x, please reopen and I’ll document the workaround.
