Description

When I start Tor Browser directly, via the application menu or the GNOME Activities Overview, its icon immediately displayed in the top bar and the cursor begins spinning.

But when I click on a link which is opened in Tor Browser, there is no feedback at all until the Tor Browser window opens. For example, opening Help -> Online Help in Pidgin.

This also happened once when I clicked on Tails documentation, but on subsequent tries it did show the “Tails documentation” icon in the top bar and did spin the cursor.
