Bug #16592
release_process: maybe add a sudo call to rsync.lizard instructions

Description
It might be an SSH configuration issue on my side, and with the infrequent disk space issues, I’ve had to push stuff there indirectly. So I haven’t used the publishing instructions on a verbatim fashion.
Anyway, this step failed for me, due to permission issues:
- our rsync server:
`ssh rsync.lizard rm -rf /srv/rsync/tails/tails/stable/tails-amd64-${PREVIOUS_VERSION:?}/`
→ Adding sudo would help.
Same story for the find
loops a couple of lines below, to delete obsolete IUK files.
