Check in the comments of the ticket for the release notes if the
technical writers have prepared a tweet. Otherwise tweet a simple link
to the release notes:

    Tails x.y is out: https://tails.boum.org/news/version_x.y

As you might remember, we’ve already had some fun here on the infra side, so it seems to make sense to have a trailing slash here (just in case the release notes ticket doesn’t have a specific tweet ready to be be sent).
