Placeholders for admin password fields are not translatable

Description
I the “Welcome to Tails!” dialog when GNOME shell is started and i select language…
When i add adminstrator password the two fields to input passwords have placeholders that are not translated.

I would like thoese strings to be translatable.

Also “On” and “Off” it not translated.
If you add administration password it says “On” in the list.
If you add MAC address spoofing and then select not to spoof it says “Off” in the list.
