This might include:

• Discussing more in depth than our current roadmap what are the
  top priorities of the project. For example, right now our roadmap is
  mixing too many things to serve as a good criteria for asking money
  to tails@boum.org.

• Clarifying what workers are committing to when deciding to be part
  of a grant. I think that so far this has only been discussed
  informally. My version was “if you’re accepting to be paid for a
  grant, you have to deliver but won’t be paid more than the budget”.
  Your proposal is opening new possibilities, which are great but all
  paid workers should be aware of them.

• Giving tails@boum.org enough accounting information to understand
  the implications of the budget extension on our finances.
