okay gnome-shell depends on evolution-data-server (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=690554).
We ship evolution-data-server also with Tails 3. The service is disabled via tails:config/chroot_local-hooks/45-disable-unneeded-dbus-services.

/usr/share/applications/evolution-calendar.desktop

is also present, although it is not created either by evolution-data-server or evolution-data-server-common.
