Description

We have a patched zenity (3.22.0-1+tails1) in stretch-based Tails, to handle width vs. height issues with dialogs, e.g. for Unsafe Browser. It seems we would need to refresh/reapply its 0001-Fix-message-dialog-width-and-height-on-recent-Gtk.patch patch on top of the buster zenity package (3.30.0-2).

Thankfully, no need to patch anymore: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/zenity/commit/3b64d05e8a1aae1581d2bec7288d80ac4699e1b1 and https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780268. I’ll pass --ellipsize to zenity everywhere relevant.

Done, will now test. Affected at least in some cases: Electrum, KeePassX, security check, Upgrader, Tor Browser (when started offline), Unsafe Browser.

Yes, we’ve seen various zenity-based dialogs that looked good; thanks.
