Description

Since lizard now has a working MTA, sib’s email delivery failures are sent to root i.e. sysadmins.

Done, email delivery works fine and sysadmins should not get spammed anymore: git log -p --submodule=diff a6401a38f1e61a63a69f0de94a05f258fd953403..e2e6ecd70173147311647952b6392f275e1bb8bc in our manifests repo.
