please change the transport for one of the lists to test if everything works.

if:

- mailing to the list works, with encryption and signing working as usual
and
- delivery to @boum.org addresses works

then please change the transport of all relevant lists.

Done for all relevant lists except -press@: I think we should apply
the recent subscriptions change on puscii before pointing the
list there, to respect current list members’ expectations of privacy
and audience. Please reassign to me once that’s done.

From my limited vantage point, everything seems to work flawlessly!
I’ve notified all migrated list owners.
