Tails Installer is not available for the latest stable Ubuntu

Description
a user reported that it is not possible to follow our documentation to install Tails installer on Ubuntu 18.10 Cosmic Cuttlefish (released two weeks ago), as there are no directory for that release on http://ppa.launchpad.net/tails-team/tails-installer/ubuntu/dists/.
“someone” suggested that it might be a good idea to schedule a recurring task for that since Ubuntu releases are predictible…

Hi! I’m not quite sure how to schedule these tasks. I did it for the previous release and then I forgot to update it for the next release.
I’ll prepare this today.

WRT Ubuntu’s release schedule: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases I recall that last time I looked there was no exact date for the next release. (But yes, it’s vaguely every 6 months.)

BTW: the link to our page is https://launchpad.net/~tails-team/+archive/ubuntu/tails-installer there you can also see progress when we upload a new version (which you don’t see on http://ppa.launchpad.net/tails-team/tails-installer/ubuntu/dists/.)
