They have 4 adapters that works with Linux and don’t have an antena. They are pretty cheap so I’ll try them all:
Model | Size | Price | Technology | |
Ultra (PAU03) | Nano | $7 | 802.11n 150Mbps | http://www.pandawireless.com/pandaUltra.htm |
Mini | Small | $10 | 802.11n 150Mbps | http://www.pandawireless.com/pandaMini.htm |
300Mbp (PAU05) | Small | $14 | 802.11n 300Mbps | http://www.pandawireless.com/panda300mbps.htm |
N600 (PAU07) | Long | $25 | Dual 300Mbps | http://www.pandawireless.com/pandaN600.htm |

The 3 models I got work flawlessly (driver: rt2800usb, firmware: rt2870.bin).
I couldn’t test the 5 GHz support of N600 (PAU07).
The Ultra (PAU03) cannot be shipped worldwide from Amazon and I asked Panda Wireless if that could be solved.

- Target version changed from Tails_3.10.1 to Tails_3.11
I’ll try buying the Panda Nano once back home.

- Status changed from Confirmed to Resolved
The Panda Ultra works as fine as the other ones.
We can now document a good dongle for people to get. Yay!
Special thanks to Cody who first found out about Panda Wireless!
