I was going to document the workaround on https://tails.boum.org/support/known_issues/graphics/ but I realized I lack the full name and ID of that graphics card. It should be in the WhisperBack report, otherwise ask the user to send me the output of lspci -d::0300 -nn
(referencing this ticket number). Thanks!

I’ve asked the user to try nomodeset
. Likely it’s enough and will allow me to document a better workaround than troubleshooting mode.
