It won’t be needed anymore once Feature #11837 is completed: we’ll instead use PuppetDB that uses PostgreSQL.

Mostly done. I’ll remove /var/lib/mysql once I’m 100% sure it’s not useful anymore.

Done, removed server packages via Puppet (see git log -p manifests/nodes.pp), deleted /var/lib/mysql* and /var/backups/mysql/ manually. Removed all remaining client mariadb/mysql packages manually.
