Description

ZuluCrypt is a GUI for cryptsetup which is an open source project on github.
https://github.com/mhogomchungu/zuluCrypt
or:
http://mhogomchungu.github.io/zuluCrypt/

It supports dm-crypt, LUKS, truecrypt, varacrypt encryption scheme and is much more powerful than the persistant disk.

I install it on Tails live and it works like a charm.(pictures below)

The only problem is when everytime Tails restarted, I had to re-install it again.

Could you have zuluCrypt pre-installed on Tails, or can you tell me how to “remaster”/“reconstruct” Tails? You can contact my email.
If I know how, maybe I’ll give some help.

from what I understood, even if a debian package is available in the repositories, this software is doing the same job as gnome-disks, so that doesn’t meet our conditions to be shipped in tails :

https://tails.boum.org/support/faq/#software

however, if you don’t want to install it after every boot, you can set up your persistent volume and enable the Additional Software persistence feature:
