I like to request the providing of KeePassXC with/instead-of KeePassX.
KeePassXC development and community is well active, and also provide a promising security features, usability and newer DB formats compatibility.

Is keepassxc going to be merge ? I’m personaly against this fork, just by looking the number of issue https://github.com/keepassxreboot/keepassxc/issues and the very low interest to integrate it in Tails., except add more bugs + hardening this fork will be a hell..
KeepassX work as for today without problem, all major distribution maintain KeepassX (except Gentoo ! bouhou), this is my opinion.

Already done in the feature/buster branch (Feature #15297) that will become Tails 4.0.

There’s been no upstream release since 2 years. The last one is still based on Qt4, which is deprecated and has quite some problems (e.g. wrt. universal access technologies, compatibility with Wayland, touch devices, and so on).
