Sorry, I’ve been much too terse, let me clarify: I’d rather remove the package from Debian. I’ve made this clear 6+ months more ago on that RC bug so anyone interested had plenty of opportunities to express their concern or take it over. So at this point, my preferred next step is not to orphan it, it’s to request removal from sid. I would do it myself one of these days (no emergency as far as I’m concerned, I’ve clicked the right buttons on my DMD so it does not create noise on my radar) but I’m very happy if you handle it yourself :)
