I’m not sure what happened to jaster during the tests but it might have been Bug #12146.

Anyway, it wouldn’t to add a section anyway but then the troubleshooting should be:

  1. Try to install again
  2. Try a different USB stick
  3. Try the same USB stick on a different computer: if it works report to Help desk.

Now that installing and starting on Mac should be much easier it’s a good time to work on this.
