As pointed out in Feature #14548.
Maybe the same sentence could be replaced by a note below the option in the dialog?
How would that be worse than the current notice?

Given the questions in the description of this ticket, I suspect that if a developer jumped directly to write code that implements their preferred solution, we might realize (too late) that some UI design was needed.
