Whenever we update our main git we want a notification to be sent to Weblate via its own notification mechanism, see /code/attachments/download/1928/weblate_hooks.svg.

We already update the weblate’s Git repo via cron every 5 minutes and thus won’t trigger this on push to main Git master branch.
