Description

set javascript.enabled to false on highest setting to prevent NoScript bypasses that exist not only on paper but in the wild (see trac.torproject.org)

there is not much issue with doing this since javascript is blocked by noscript anyway on highest setting

I think we never decided that we want to change the default behavior of TBB in Tails. It might well be that such a suggestion should rather be reported to TBB upstream.

It’s been considered. The plan is on Feature #9700 (and that ticket is “Related to” a few of the older duplicates).
