I guess you meant “rename” rather than “remove”. There’s no easy way to rename such a custom field value (either one needs to do MySQL directly and risk breaking stuff, or one must add a new supported value and migrate tickets).

I’ve added “Verification Extension” to the list of supported values:

• I dropped the “Tails” prefix as we never use it (e.g. “Installer, ”Greeter")
• I added the “Extension” suffix because in the context of Redmine, it’s not implicit so the name that works in the context of AMO is too confusing IMO here.

I’ve migrated most tickets to the new affected tool. Once there’s no more ticket about the old one, please reassign to me and I’ll drop the old one :)

Well, I had written “Once there’s no more ticket about the old one”; this includes closed tickets.
In order to save one roundtrip I’ve removed that obsolete Affected tool from all tickets that had it.
And then I could remove “Download and Verification Extension” from the list of available Affected tool values.
