I continued the work on the branch for the design doc of the work that we did back in 2015 (as discussed over end).

Ideally, you should split your clocking between what’s the review that you are taking over from tchou (this should be paid on his budget for 2015) and the review that you are doing for the work that we are doing this year (this should be paid on the tiny leftover from the budget for 2017). It’s probably going to be hard to split so another option would be to clock everything and then take some percentage on the 2017 budget.
