The changelog is tiny this time (most of the fixes we wanted in 3.8 actually made it into 3.7.1 already). So worst case, if you don’t have time to do this by tomorrow (Tuesday) 16:00 CEST, I should not have big problems writing this myself. Just let me know.

As explained on Bug #15602#note-44, I’m not 100% sure this is correct. I’d rather not make such a bold claim unless we’re 100% sure it’s correct, so I propose to rephrase “the EFAIL attacks on OpenPGP” into “some of the EFAIL attacks”, both in the release notes and tweet.
