Actually, we already have a blueprint:

The next steps are to curate the output of the brainstorming and think about the project goals behind these metrics. In parallel, think about how we could start implementing some of them in order to come up with a pragmatic plan. I’d rather do this hand-in-hand with someone that can also work on the implementation.

So I’ll pause my involvement on the content and start looking for teammates.
