Oops, looks like there was a misunderstanding. The scope of what you committed to was much smaller: sajolida committed to do the “removing doc writing and FAQ improving” (Feature #14513) that I took over in Feature #14519.

Thankfully the only duplicated work is that your branch removes one bullet point that mine removes to (but mine explains what Help Desk is supposed to do instead of writing doc), and the merge conflict should be very easy to fix.

Wrt. “renaming to help desk instead of front desk”, I notice that your branch changes the meta title but does not rename the page. While we’re at it I think we should do both (+ update links and add a redirection in .htaccess). Do you want to do this? Otherwise I will merge your branch into mine, resolve merge conflicts, rename the page, and mark this ticket as a duplicate of Feature #14519 since it won’t add anything to my branch anymore. Just tell me :)
