Try to coordinate Tails 3.0 release date with Debian Stretch's

Description
It would be nice e.g. in terms of PR, both for Debian and Tails. We can be flexible ~1-2 weeks before or after the planned release date (June 13). The worst case cost on our side is preparing one additional security release on June 13.

Raised this topic on tails-dev@ on May 27. Got input from sajolida and Ulrike, waiting for input from anonym before we can make a decision => pinged him.
