Description

Since we run a private Tor network with Chutney for our automated test suite, onion services of the real Tor network are not accessible. Writing tests for that situation requires extra work, e.g. with Feature #11556 we configured APT to use Debian’s onion services, and in the test we have to re-configure it back to the clearnet services.

AFAIK this has not caused significant trouble in practice since we’ve identified this problem ⇒ downgrading priority.
