Description
These pages are blogs of titles and links pointing to external pages in different languages, so it doesn’t make much sense to translate them. The rest of the page (/press.mdwn is fine to translate).

Here you go! This changes the list of translatable pages in ikiwiki.setup and thus needs coordination with root@boum.org but I never remember if we have to merge first or they have to merge first :(
anonym: can you review this without merging. Then I’ll shoot root@boum.org an email and do the merge myself either before or after them according to their instructions (I think we have to merge before otherwise PO files are recreated on their side).

IIRC they have to apply the config change first, otherwise PO files are recreated on their side.
