DAVE and BitTorrent should be first presented with equal weight even in Firefox

Description

The security benefits of DAVE over BitTorrent are not really clear, so for people on Firefox, I think that for Firefox users without DAVE we should present DAVE and BitTorrent in equal weight using the two-columns layout we have when outside of Firefox for example.

It’s much harder to solve Bug #11024 if Firefox has a different layout than other browser, so I’m blocking Bug #11024 (and thus #8538) with this one.

I just added a link to Feature #11310. IMHO Dave is can be considered as safer because it is a bit more discret than BitTorrent (where anybody can ask the trackers for the list of currently downloading/uploading peers).

It doesn’t means both don’t have to be presentend with an equal weight (i am not very good in those UX choices) if you think it is relevant. Just for me they are not equal in security PoV.

As far as the torrent scenario how to is out off the assistant, I’m in favor of keeping the major=DAVE /minor=torrent balance.

The other option is adding the torrent section in the different scenaris.
