Users don’t feel the GPG key was added to WhisperBack.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open whisperback
- Add gpg key

There is no feedback about the key being good, or added.

The user is worried and cannot report to us because feels our answer will be unencrypted.

What should happen instead:

Some message about the key being added.

Please try to write more precise and explicit ticket subjects (it’s the second in a row that I’m rewritting).

Also, I guess this will need a bit of design before jumping to code. So marking this as a “User interface design” ticket.

This is also related to Feature #9800 which will change this interface.
