greeter: dropdown menues not displayed properly

Description

when clicking the the upper half of the “Language” dropdown menu (button) in greeter there are only two options displayed:
“Deutsch” and “English” (and a huge white space above). Only when moving the mouse downwards the list slowly scrolls up and displays the other options.
That’s unexpected behavior* and at least misleading as if only English and Deutsch were available.

*expected: Behavior of the menu when the button is clicked next to its very bottom - no matter which part of the button is actually clicked

P.S. same /w the other dropdowns in greeter

This issue exists since the 1st version of the greeter. I don’t think it’s worth spending time on this now.
