Bug #11017
Move Debian and Ubuntu requirements at the beginning of /install/debian/usb
Start date:

Due date:
% Done:

Description
As a follow-up on Bug #11015 and Bug #11012, I think people should be warned about the version of Debian and Ubuntu needed to follow these scenarios only once and at the beginning of the scenario.
I’m surprised I didn’t think about this earlier :)

Ready. I think this is quite urgent and shouldn’t be problematic, so tchou, if you don’t have time to review this before the end of the week, I propose to reassign it to muri who raised Bug #11012 and lead me to this branch.

hi,
- if i’m not mistaken it is common for ubuntu versions to use the full name, so wily werewolf instead of wily
- why has the expert version a different
<div class="tip
to find out the version, which only applies to ubuntu? i think the debian tip is good an could be reused

Thanks for the review!
- I fixed the Ubuntu version name in 85d808a.
- I fixed the tip in version 12f3fd9. I think you got confused by the code because “debian” as a CSS attribute refers to both Debian and Ubuntu. The idea here is to provide a different tip in graphical and command line (and you’re right, they both apply to Debian and Ubuntu).
So I’ll merge this now!
