Description

We do this:

    Then I see the Tails roadmap URL
    When I click on the Tails roadmap URL
    Then the Tor Browser has started and loaded the Tails roadmap


It seems that the click races between the full welcome message (or any other IRC message) has been printed, so quite often the link is misplaced and we click something else.

Here’s a WIP that takes the approach of instead PMing the URL back to the user.
