The current links should change for Jessie. Good links are:
System Settings: to change various system settings such as keyboard, mouse and touchpad, or displays choose System Tools ▸ Settings
Seahorse: to manage your OpenPGP keys choose Utilities ▸ Passwords and Keys
Synaptic Package Manager: to install, remove, and upgrade software packages choose System Tools ▸ Synaptic Package Manager

Thanks for working on this. But I think that you did these changes based on other branches fixing screenshots. As I rescued your screenshots without merging them I cannot merge this branch either. But I think that’s no bid deal as I’ll fix the issues in this ticket while working on the parent ticket Bug #8068. Marking this as Dev Needed for me then.
